By this application, applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 157 days in preferring appeal against judgment dated 22nd September 2016 passed by MACT, Pune in MACP No. 187 of 2013. 2.

The reasons for the delay have been explained in paragraphs No. 2 to 4 of the application.

Learned counsel for respondent no.1 has no objection if the delay is condoned. It is observed from the record of the Registry that respondent no.2 is duly served. However, neither any reply has been Nikita Gadgil

Having perused the reasons for the delay in the application and considering the no objection on behalf of respondent no.1, this Court is inclined to allow the application.

Application is accordingly allowed. The delay of 157 days is hereby condoned.

Civil application is accordingly disposed.
