The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that a consent decree was passed. However, there is mistake in CTS/CS number. The same was corrected in the order dated 14/8/2018 and corrected the Consent Decree dated 29th January, 1976. The learned Counsel submitted that the Petitioner had moved the Office of Sub-Registrar for correction by making application (page 272) on 10th February, 2022. but no cognizance has been taken.

We have also heard the learned AGP. In case, the Petitioner has submitted the application(page 272) for correction i.e. decree and the Talwalkar

13.wp8660.2022.doc 2/2 consent decree, the Sub-Registrar shall take further steps in accordance with law and take decision upon it preferably within 6 months from today. The Writ Petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
