Having heard learned counsel and learned APP appearing for the respective parties, in our opinion, this petition can conveniently be disposed of by directing the Divisional Commissioner, Konkan Division, Mumbai to decide petitioner's appeal challenging the externment order, a copy of which is annexed at Exhibit "C", page 23, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.
