DATED : 10th AUGUST, 2021 P.C:- The injured is one Alim Bagwan, who is alleged to have been assaulted by the present applicant, arraigned as accused no.4 in the C.R. As per the Medico Legal Certificate, he has sustained a contusion lacerated wound 7x3x2cm on the left wrist. The informant in C.R.No. 211/21 registered with Jodhbhavi Peth police station, Solapur alleged that the applicant assaulted Alim by means of a sword in his hand and an offence under Section 307 is invoked. Another injured is Salman who is alleged to have assaulted by the applicant as well as accused no.1 Baba Bagwan by kicks and blows. There is no medico legal certificate of Salman.

2/3 12 ABA 1889-21.doc In light of the injury certificate and in the nature of accusations levelled in the complaint, the applicant is entitled to protection in the event of his arrest. Hence, the following order :-

O R D E R

(a) In the event of his arrest, the Applicant - Saifan Baghwan in connection with C.R.No.211/21 registered with Jodhbhavi Peth police station, Solapur shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.2O,000/- with one or two sureties of the like amount.

(b) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.

(c) The Applicant shall report to the Police Station on every Monday and Friday between 10.00 am to 1.00 p.m for a period of four weeks and render all his cooperation to the Investigating Officer, and thereafter as and when called for.

Application is disposed of in the aforestated terms.
