2.

According to the petitioner, on 16/03/2018 he had purchased 5 lottery tickets worth Rs.100/- each. It is the case of the petitioner that out of the said tickets, his ticket No.GP-05 41815 has won and was declared first price of Rs. 1,11,00,000/-. 3.

The grievance of the petitioner is that when he visited the office of the third respondent, the staff of the third respondent refused to accept the petitioner's application for submission of the ticket stating that the lottery ticket is bogus. It is the case of the nilegaonkar

4.

Be that as it may, we are not going into the genuineness of the said lottery ticket. However, we feel that the acceptance of the application along with the ticket cannot be denied by the third respondent or its staff at the threshold by saying that the same is bogus one.

5.

In the circumstances, we dispose of the petition by directing the third respondent to forthwith accept the petitioner's lottery ticket along with an application as may be submitted by the petitioner and shall deal with the same in accordance with the law. 6.
