Learned A.P.P., on instructions from the Senior Jailor, Kolhapur Central Prison, Kalamba, Kolhapur, submitted that, in pursuance of Orders passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Criminal Application No. 84180 of 2021 in Criminal Appeal No. 1290 of 2018, the Petitioner has been released from jail on bail on 29th September 2021.

In view thereof, nothing further survives in the Petition as of today. Petition is accordingly disposed off.
