CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION CRIMINAL WRIT PETITION NO.2529 OF 2014 Samarsingh Subhash Sapale .... Petitioner.

Shreya Samratsinha Sapale and Anr.

.... Respondents.

None for the Petitioner.

Mr. S.S. Chapalgaonkar i/b. Mr. N.P. Deshpande for the Respondent No.1. Smt. Rutuja Ambekar, APP for the Respondent No.2-State. CORAM : A. S. GADKARI, J.

DATE : 1ST APRIL, 2021.

P.C.:- 1.

Record indicates that, by an Order dated 29th June 2016, the respondent was permitted to proceed with the execution of impugned Order for recovery of arrears of Rs.2,80,000/-. That, by a subsequent Order dated 7th October 2016, rule was granted and hearing of the present Petition was expedited. However, the respondent No.1 was granted liberty to file execution proceedings for recovery of arrears of maintenance before the Trial Court. It therefore appears that, the present Petition has become infructuous.

2.

Petition is disposed off, as infructuous.
