Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This application is for condonation of 29 days delay in filing the Criminal Revision Application challenging the order dated 24.2.2017 passed by Family Court, Solapur in Petition No.E48 of 2014. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Criminal Application. Hence, the following order:

a) Criminal Application is allowed in terms of Mohite 1/2

15 appr336-17 prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(a) The delay of 29 days occasioned in filing the Criminal Revision Application challenging the order daed 24.02.2017 passed by Family Court, Solapur in Petition E-48/2014 be condoned."

b) Criminal Application stands disposed off accordingly.
