Heard learned parties through their counsel. With consent, petition is heard finally.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the caste validity claim is pending before respondent no. 2 Committee since 2015. He submits that in the absence of filing of the caste validity certificate, his employer, respondent no. 3 is likely to terminate his services as the

2 914.6613.18 wp date of filing of the said validity certificate is expiring today. He also submits that the Caste Scrutiny Committee has heard the matter on merits and only final order is awaiting.

Having regard to the aforesaid, we dispose of the petition by directing respondent no. 2 Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the petitioner's caste validity claim as expeditiously as possible, but in any case, not later than one month from today, as only final order is to be passed. Till petitioner's caste validity claim is decide, respondent no. 3 shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioner, in pursuance to the order dated 22/05/2018, Exhibit 'F' on the ground of non submission of the caste validity certificate.
