By this Petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India, the petitioner challenges the order dated 16.06.2016 passed by Joint Charity Commissioner, Kolhapur Division Kolhapur below Exh. 30 rejecting their application for exhibiting the documents.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the next date of hearing before the Joint Commissioner is 07.09.2016.
