Learned A.P.P., on instructions from the Senior Jailor, Kolhapur Central Prison, Kalamba, Kolhapur, submitted that, this Court acquitted the Petitioner by its Judgment and Order dated 5th January 2022 in Criminal Appeal No. 684 of 2017 and therefore the Petitioner has been released from jail on 3rd June 2022.
