Grievance about medical negligence which has taken place on 25/09/2014, is being made in the present petition filed on 04/05/2017. Police station was approached initially on 03/10/2014 and 07/10/2014. There is nothing on record to show that after 07/10/2014, the Petitioner has taken any steps in the matter. 2.

Learned APP points that this Court had still not issued any notice to the Respondents and hence, events or dates mentioned supra need to be verified through police authorities. URS 1 of 2

It appears that wife of the Petitioner lost her life on 25/09/2014.

In this situation, we are inclined to grant Petitioner leave to move the learned Magistrate with appropriate grievance. With that leave and keeping all contentions open, we dispose of the present petition.
