The show cause notice was issued to the Petitioner far back as on 30 December 2013. Thereafter the registration Certificate of the Petitioner was suspended by order dated 2 January 2015. So far no decision has taken on the show cause notice. The Petition was filed in the year 2016 and Uday.P.Kambli 1/2

2/2 906-wp-7677-16.doc there is no ad-interim/interim relief in favour of the Petitioner as regards the suspension of its licence.

In the circumstances, we direct that the show cause notice dated 30 December 2013 shall be decided by the Respondent No.1-Animal Welfare Board of India within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order to the Respondent No.1-Animal Welfare Board of India.

The Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. All contentions are kept open.

The Civil Application does not survive for consideration and to stand disposed of.
