This is an application received through jail for expeditious disposal of Sessions Case No.345 of 2014. Since the applicant has not given any further details the APP was directed to seek instructions. The learned APP has submitted that the said case is pending before the 13th Court of Sessions, at Mumbai. The learned APP under instructions further submitted that 5 witnesses have been examined and only one witness is remained to be examined. In view of which I do not find it necessary to give any further directions. 2.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
