By this application, sent through jail, the applicant seeks expeditious hearing of his case. Pursuant to the order dated 11th February 2016, a report was called for, from the learned Sessions Judge, regarding the status of the case. 2.

Perused the report dated 24th February 2016 of the learned Judge, City Civil Court and Additional Sessions Judge, Gr.Bombay. It appears that the trial has already commenced. It is stated that the High Court has granted nine months period for deciding the case and that an endeavor would be made to complete the trial within nine months.

Considering the report of the learned Judge no further orders are required at this stage. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
