By a reasoned Order dated 28.6.2017 the applicants were granted interim relief by this Court and the applicants were directed to attend the Mumbra Police Station once in a week on Thursday between 2.00 p.m. to 3.00p.m. till the next date of hearing.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP. for the State. Perused the record of investigation.

The record indicates that, it is the co-accused Mehrunisa Rafiq Ahmed Shaikh was in possession of the Page-1/2

That, the applicants had handed over possession of the suit premises in furtherance of the order passed by this Court and on the date of incident it was the said coaccused Mehrunisa Rafiq Ahmed Shaikh was found in possession of the suit premises. The record further indicates that, the applicants have attended the Investigating Officer and has joined the process of investigation.

In view thereof, the custodial interrogation of the applicants for further investigation of the present crime is not necessary and the applicants can be protected by prearrest bail. 5.

Interim relief granted by Order dated 28.6.2017 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer is waived.
