The grievance raised by the Petitioner in his application is that the inmates who are paying money to the jail officers are getting the diet food articles inside the jail and also getting better medical treatment. The Petitioner has also complained about not attending his medical need. Since the grievances were raised in the month of January 2015, we do not think that the said grievance would subsist till date. However, in case, the said grievances are still subsisting, we direct the DIG (Prison) Nashik to look into the grievances of the Petitioner and take appropriate decision in accordance with law and communicate the said decision to the Petitioner within a period of 10 weeks from the receipt of the copy of this order. With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
