Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned APP.

Though, we note the order dated 23 September 2021 passed by the earlier bench regarding Respondents to file reply, it is not necessary to enter into a larger issue, as the learned APP, on instructions, states that the case of the Petitioner would be reconsidered in specific facts as the petitioner has requested to be released on Emergency (Covid-19) Parole.
