Learned Counsel for the Petitioners, after arguing for some time, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appropriate application before the Sessions Court, challenging the order of issue process.

It is made clear, that the Revisional Court shall not be influenced by the order dated 4th January, 2018, by which ad-interim relief was granted, as the same was passed without hearing the learned counsel for the respondent No.2-complainant and shall decide the Revision on its own merits, in accordance with law.
