This is an application through jail. The applicant herein is an accused in Case No. 311 of 2014. The learned APP upon instructions submits that the prosecution has examined 9 witnesses. By an order dated 7th May, 2015 in BA No. 63/2015, this Court (Coram : Revati Mohite Dere,J) had observed that "the trial in the present case had already commenced and four witnesses were examined." The Hon'ble Single bench was pleased to direct that the trial Court shall conclude the trial within 9 months from the date of receipt of this order. Talwalkar 1/2

29.ba1262.15.sxw Period of 9 months is not yet over. In view of this, no interference is warranted. The application is dismissed.

The Counsel appointed for the applicant has put in the best of the efforts to espouse the cause of the applicant. The efforts are appreciated.
