The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that by an order dated 3/1/2017 complaint is dismissed for want of prosecution by the Metropolitan Magistrate, 25th Court, Mazgaon, Mumbai and therefore, he is withdrawing the said applications.

The applications are dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
