By a reasoned Order dated 19.6.2018 the applicants were granted interim relief and were directed to attend the concerned police station as and when called for, to join the process of investigation.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP. Perused the record of investigation. 3.

The record indicates that, the applicants were not Directors of the Chaitanya Rural Non Agricultural Credit Society, Vaduj and are only members of the said society. They have no control over the return of the fixed deposit to the

2 /2 8-aba-1181-18.doc informant and/or over any other financial transactions effected by the said society. The record of investigation prima facie indicates that, the applicants have no role to play in the present crime.

In view thereof, the interim relief granted by Order dated 19.6.2018 is hereby confirmed. However,the condition to attend the concerned police station is waived.
