Admittedly, Revision Application No.907 of 2016 is pending adjudication before the Revenue and Forests Minister, Govt. of Maharashtra, Mantralaya, Mumbai since the last five years. The Minister of Revenue and Forests, shall hear the parties concerned and/or their Advocates on 16 th September, 2021 at 12.00 noon and pass his orders not later than two weeks thereafter. All contentions of the parties are kept open. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
