The learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file fresh bail application after lapse of reasonable period. 2.

Considering the fact that the applicant is in jail for more than two years, the trial Court shall endevour to conclude the trial as early as possible. If the trial is not concluded within six months, the applicant is at liberty to move an application for bail, before the trial Court.
