The application was heard. The Court was not inclined to grant relief. Learned counsel for applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application. However, it is submitted that the applicant is in custody from 2nd July 2020. Liberty may be granted to applicant to prefer application for bail in the even tgrial is not concluded expeditiously.

In view of the submission, the application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such. In the event trial is not concluded within one year from today, the applicant will be at liberty to prefer fresh application for bail.
