This is an application for bringing legal heirs of Petitioner No.4 on record.

It is stated that, the Petitioner No.4 passed away on 23rd February 2021 leaving behind the Petitioner Nos.4(a) to 4(d)(ii) as his legal heirs and representatives.

Mr.Mhaispurkar, learned counsel for the Applicants submitted that, taking into consideration the period of Covid-19 pandemic and the Orders passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court thereby extending the period of limitation, the present application is filed within the period of limitation. 1/2

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a). 5.

Necessary amendment in the record of Court and simultaneously in the copies served upon the learned Advocate for the Respondents be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
