Heard. The learned counsel for respondent submits that petitioner Nos.2 to 6 expired long back. He submits that till today, the petitioner has not made any application for bringing new trustees and/or legal heirs on record. He further submits that even earlier the matter stood dismissed by order dated 09.06.2016.

Considering these facts and as none appeared for the petitioner today, the Writ Petition stands dismissed for default.

In view thereof, the Civil Application stands dismissed as infructuous.
