Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

The statement is made by the learned AGP that the main matter itself is disposed of by the Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, in pursuance to the directions issued by this Court on 18th December, 2014.

Therefore, as there is no specific case of willful default by any particular officer, we are not inclined to accept the case of the Petitioner for enunciation of the contempt, in the facts and circumstances of the case.
