Heard the learned Advocates for the parties. Admittedly, Revision Application filed by the Petitioners is pending adjudication before the Revenue and Forests Minister, Govt. of Maharashtra, Mantralaya, Mumbai since the year 2004. In fact, we are informed that the file containing the Revision Application is missing. In view thereof, the Petitioners are allowed to reconstruct the papers and submit the same to the Office of the Revenue Minister within a period of two weeks from today. 2.

After the reconstructed Revision Application is received by the office of the Revenue Minister, the Revenue and Forests Minister shall hear the concerned parties and/or their Advocates and pass his orders within a period of four weeks thereafter. All contentions of the parties are kept open. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
