Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. Original accused nos. 1, 2 and 3 have filed Criminal Application No. 782 of 2015 for condonation of delay of 61 days in filing the appeal challenging the conviction for the offence punishable under section 323 r/w section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The application for condonation of delay is allowed and the delay is condoned.
