By this application, the Applicant has sought the following substantive prayer:- "14.

a) This Hon'ble Court may kindly permit Applicant to deposit amount of Fourth installment of Rs.10,00,000/- through demand draft in Registry and further extension of time to deposit fifth and final installment amount of Rs.10,00,000/- for further period till May, 2021 in interest of justice in order passed by this Hon'ble court dated 10/01/2020 in Interim Application no.1/2020 in Criminal Bail Application

2/3 no.1896/2018 on such terms and condition as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

The applicant was enlarged on bail by this Court (Coram: Smt. Anuja Prabhudessai, J.) vide order dated 28th September 2018, passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 1896 of 2018, having regard to the affidavit filed by him undertaking to deposit an amount of Rs.71,00,000/- in the Registry of this Court. It is not in dispute that the applicant has deposited 3 installments till date, as undertaken by him. However, due to the pandemic, the applicant could not deposit the fourth and fifth installment. 3.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that having regard to the lock-down and pandemic, the applicant was unable to deposit the fourth and fifth installment within the stipulated time and as such could not comply with the order dated 28th September 2018. He submits that the applicant will deposit the fourth installment of Rs.10,00,000/- by demand draft in Registry of this Court, within one week from today and the fifth and final installment of Rs.10,00,000/- on or before 31st May 2021. Statement accepted.

Having regard to what is stated in the application, the application is allowed on the following terms and conditions:-

3/3 O R D E R i) The Applicant to deposit the fourth installment of Rs.10,00,000/- by demand draft in the Registry of this Court, within one week from today; ii) The Applicant to deposit the fifth and final installment of Rs.10,00,000/-, in the Registry of this Court on or before 31st May, 2021. 5.

The Application is accordingly disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
