This is a second application after order of this Court dated 10th March 2022. According to applicant, he is in jail for more than four and half years.

According to prosecution, only three witnesses remain to be examined.

In that view of the matter, ends of justice would be met after Sessions Court is directed to complete the trial within six months. Accordingly, the learned Sessions Judge is directed to complete the trial within six months from today. In case the trial is not completed in six months from today, it will be open for the applicant to renew his request before the Sessions Judge. 4.

The bail application stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
