The only relief claimed in this Petition by the Petitioners is to direct the Collector, Raigad to decide the complaint/application No. 25 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible. According to the Petitioners the said complaint / application No.25 of 2015 was heard and reserved for orders by the Collector on 11th April, 2016, but till date the said complaint/application has not been decided.

Without going into the merits of the said contention we direct the Collector to dispose of the complaint / application No.25 of 2015, if the same has not yet been decided as expeditiously as possible, but not later than 3 weeks from the receipt of the copy of this order. The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
