This petition is pending in this Court from 2nd July 2013. After the initial hearing for admission on 11th July 2013 and an ad-interim order passed in favour of the Petitioners on that day, the Petitioners have never attempted to argue the case. The ad-interim order continued on 25th July 2013 on the basis that the petition itself will be disposed of at the stage of admission finally. From that date, though it has appeared for admission, it was never argued. It has been listed prior to this date on five occasions.

Today also when it is called out, the Petitioners and their advocate both are absent. Their names are correctly displayed on the board. In the light of their absence, we dismiss the petition for want of prosecution. The ad-interim order granted earlier stands vacated forthwith.
