Heard. This is an application seeking Transit Bail. The applicant herein is apprehending his arrest in Crime No.97 of 2014 registered at Lajpat Nagar Police Station, New Delhi. The applicant has made out the grounds of apprehension of arrest. The applicant seeks Transit Bail in order to enable him to appear before the Hon'ble Court having jurisdiction to decide any application filed I Crime No.97 of 2014 registered at Lajpat Nagar Police Station.

The learned APP, upon instructions, submits that as on today, no warrant is issued against the applicant from the Lajpat Nagar Police Station. However, the apprehension of arrest is there and therefore the

The application has not been decided on merits. No Court shall be influenced by the interim relief in the nature of Transit Bail in favour of the applicant.

O R D E R

(i) In the event of his arrest in Crime No.97 of 2014 registered at Lajpat Nagar police Station, New Delhi, the applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(ii) The interim relief granted infavour of the applicant shall be deemed to be vacated on completion of three weeks from today. 4.

Parties to act on an authenticated copy of this Order. Application stands disposed of.
