The Applicant, who is the Original Claimant has sought withdrawal of compensation deposited by the Insurance Company before the Claims Tribunal as per the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the tribunal in Claim Petition No. 234 of 2015.

Having considered the reasons stated in the

8. IA 12862-2023.doc Application, the Applicant is allowed to withdraw 50% of the compensation amount with proportionate interest thereon subject to fling of an undertaking that the amount will be refunded with interest, in the event, the Appellant succeeds in the Appeal.
