At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to amend and implead the original complainant, as party Respondent No.2. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 2.
Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By this application, the applicant seeks pre-arrest bail in
2/3 connection with C.R. No.263 of 2018 registered with the Dindoshi Police Station, Mumbai, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 326, 323, 504, 506(1) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Counsel for the applicant and the Respondent No.2 /Original Complainant states that the parties have arrived at a settlement and tender a xerox copy of the Consent Terms dated 25th June, 2019, duly signed by the parties. The same is taken on record and marked `X' for identification. Both the applicant and the respondent no.2/original complainant are present in Court.

It appears that the parties have agreed to withdraw all allegations made against each other. It appears that C.R.No.263 of 2018, registered with the Dindoshi Police Station, Mumbai, was registered pursuant to the complaint lodged by the Respondent No.2 /Original Complainant. Admittedly, the applicant and the Respondent No.2 /Original Complainant are husband and wife.

Considering the fact that the parties have amicably settled their dispute, the application is allowed and the applicant is granted prearrest bail on the following terms and conditions:-
ORDER
(i) In the event of the arrest, the applicant be enlarged on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
