Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this application, the applicant seeks extension of time of four weeks to furnish sureties.

Vide order dated 13th February 2019 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 65 of 2019, the applicant was enlarged on bail on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount; the applicant was also permitted to furnish SQ Pathan 1/2

appp.862.19.926.doc cash security of Rs.25,000/-, in lieu of surety for a period of six weeks. It appears that sureties have been given but verification process is on. Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and the time to furnish sureties is extended by a period of four weeks from today.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
