Learned A.P.P., on instructions, submitted that, the Petitioner at the first instance did not file application for parole leave before the Deputy Inspector General of Prisons and has directly approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. He on instructions further submitted that, if the Petitioner files an application for parole leave with the said Authority, same will be considered as per the provisions of law. Said statement is accepted.
