This is an application for modification of condition No.(b) imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail by Order dated 9th October 2020 by this Court. The condition No.(b) reads as under:- "(b)Applicant be released on bail in Sessions Case No. 213 of 2014, on her furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two local sureties in the like amount."

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that, the relatives of the applicant could not get local sureties in last more than two and half months and therefore, the condition may be suitably modified. 4.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the condition No.(b) is hereby modified.

The applicant is permitted to be released on bail on her furnishing cash bail of Rs.25,000/- and P.R. bond for the same amount. After her release from jail, the applicant shall comply with condition of furnishing two or more local sureties in the like amount within a period of 12 weeks thereafter.
