Rule made returnable forthwith and heard finally by consent of the parties.

This is one of the case from various cases wherein inspite of repeated communications, the concerned respondents failed to take decision and that resulted in filing of the present writ petition by the petitioner. In view of the averment so made in the petition and in the interest of justice, we are inclined to dispose of the present petition with the following directions : (i) Respondent no.3-The District Collector to hold enquiry and submit enquiry report as per letter dated 24th October 2011 as referred in letter dated 6th February 2012 by the State Public Information Officer from office of Shraddha Talekar PA 1/2

16.wp.6155.2013.doc respondent no.2-Divisional Commissioner within four months;

(ii) Respondent no.2 to decide RTI application dated 10th January 2012 filed by the petitioner in accordance with law. (iii) Respondent no.1-State Government is concerned, the complaint dated 28th September 2011 and representation dated 8th April 2013 which are pending since long also need to be decided after submission of enquiry report as referred above, including letter dated 6th February 2012, as early as possible and within three months thereafter.

The petition and rule is accordingly disposed of with liberty. All points kept open.

No costs.
