Heard Mr.D.V.Godbole, the learned counsel for the applicant. It appears, that, the applicants have been reporting to Devnar Police Station once in a fortnight, ever since their release on bail, which was in the year 2005.

16-APPA-784-2015.doc In the circumstances, it would be proper to relax the condition requiring the applicants to attend Devnar Police Station once every fortnight.
The application is allowed.
The condition, requiring the applicants to attend Devnar Police Station once in a fortnight, is cancelled, with effect from today.
The applicants shall, however, report to Devnar Police Station on the first Sunday of every alternate calendar month, commencing from August 2015.
The hearing of the appeal is also ordered to be expedited.
The appeal be listed on board for 'Final Hearing' on 25th August 2015.
