By the present Petition, Petitioners have prayed that, the Trial of Sessions Case No. 33 of 2018 be expedited. That, Petitioners are in jail since November, 2017 and till date the said trial has not yet concluded. 2.

In view thereof, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sangli seized of Sessions Case No. 33 of 2018 is directed to expedite hearing of said case and to make an endeavour to conclude the same within a period of one year from the date of receipt of present Order. 3.

In view of the above, we find that no further directions are necessary.
