Mr. Patil, learned APP, on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Mumbai Central Prison submitted that, the Petitioner has already undergone his sentence in MCOC Special Case No.67 of 2015. That, the Petitioner has been released on bail in other three crimes mentioned in Clause No. 10 of the report. That, the Petitioner as of today is on bail. 2.

In view of the above, Petitioner will be at liberty to adopt appropriate remedy to redress his grievance, as may be permissible under the law.

Petition is accordingly disposed off.
