This petition directed against the order dated 11th June, 2014 passed by the Labour Court in Reference (IDA) No.56 of 2008. The petitioner had made application for interim stay of the ex-parte award dated 26th September, 2012 until disposal of the application and the Labour Court rejected the same. Undisputedly, the respondent has filed the Complaint (ULP) No.217 of 2013 by way of

Considering the statements and relevant evidence on the application for restoration, the petition can be disposed of by directing the Labour Court to hear and decide the application for setting aside the ex-parte award on or before 30th July, 2015.
