By the present Petition, Petitioner has made a grievance that, his case i.e. Sessions Case No. 628 of 2016 pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Mumbai and prayed that, it be expedited as he is in jail since 20.05.2016.

Learned Advocate appointed to represent the Petitioner tendered across the Bar roznama of the said case downloaded from the official website of https://services.ecourts.gov.in. He submitted that, record indicates that, since 09.09.2021 on at least 40 occasions, the said case was listed before the trial Court for arguments. However, till date the said case is not concluded.

In view thereof, we hereby request the learned Additional Sessions Judge seized of Sessions Case No. 628 of 2016 to expedite the hearing of the said case and to conclude the same within a period of six months, without seeking extension in that behalf, from the date 1/2
