The above Civil Application has been filed seeking clarification of the order dated 22/6/2015 by the Applicant who was not a party to the above Petition. Hence the above Application seeking clarification cannot be entertained. The above Application has been filed on the basis that it is in fact the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies who seeks the clarification of the said order dated 22/6/2015. If that be so, it is for the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies to apply to this Court through the office of the Government Pleader.
