It is informed by learned APP that applicant is out of country and not co-operating in the investigation. 4.
That being so, for the reasons disclosed in ad-interim order dated 16th December, 2020, the application stands allowed. 5.
In the event of his arrest in connection with C. R. No.32 of 2020 dated 27.01.2020 registered with Mulund Police Station, applicant is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.
7.
Applicant shall not try to contact the victim directly or indirectly.
8.
In case, if the undertaking referred above is not honored, the Investigating Office shall be at liberty take the applicant in custody forthwith.
9.
In view of disposal of application, interim application also stands disposed of.
