Mr. Patil, learned APP, on instructions from Superintendent of Nashik Road Central Prison submitted that, the Petitioner has been acquitted by this Court in Criminal Appeal No.809 of 2015 by Judgment and Order dated 20th October 2022 and has been released from Jail on 21st October, 2022.
