DATE : 5th OCTOBER, 2021 P.C:- Mr.Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to delete the respondent no.4 from the cause title of the petition. Leave to amend is granted as prayed. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Re-verification is dispensed with.

Rule. Mr.Kalel, learned A.G.P. waives service for the respondent nos. 1 and 2.

The representation/proposal made by the respondent no.4 dated 28th September, 2017 for the approval to the appointment of the petitioner to the post of headmaster is still pending.

We accordingly direct the respondent no.3 to consider and decide the said representations/approvals dated 28th September, 2017 filed by each of the petitioner within four weeks from today and shall convey the order that would be passed to the petitioners within one week thereafter.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views on the merits of the matter. All contentions of both the parties are kept open.

If any adverse order is passed against the petitioner, no coercive steps to be taken against the petitioners for a period of two weeks from the date of communication of the said order. The petitioners would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings.

Writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs. Rule is made absolute in the aforesaid terms. 8.
